We will begin with an overview of TDClient, followed by a brief review of the installation process. This section will cover where TDClient is installed within the Red Hat Linux environment and the key components that are deployed during installation.
Next, we will discuss common troubleshooting procedures in both Colleague and Linux, along with a basic overview of how Financial Aid staff use TDClient within Colleague, including the primary mnemonics used to manage and process ISIR data.
We will then cover certificate management, including how to obtain a certificate, how to update or renew it, and what information and documentation are required from the Financial Aid office to complete the certificate update process.
Finally, we will review how to test TDClient in both the Colleague and Linux environments. We will also explain the password policy and demonstrate how to set, reset, and change passwords within both systems.
The session will conclude with a Question and Answer (Q&A) period, providing attendees with an opportunity to ask questions and discuss any topics covered during the training.
